SUPERNATURAL offers a full range of Landscape Architectural design services from project conception, documentation and permitting, through construction and maintenance. We bring particular expertise in accessibility, project phasing, grading and drainage, custom furnishings, planting design and construction administration.
Studio founder, Mike Tramutola is a licensed Landscape Architect with over 16 years experience, working in diverse climates from desert to tropical, completing projects across a range of scales and typologies including parks, schools, plazas, courtyards, trails, hotels and homes. Mike has taught Design Studio at University of Southern California in the Department of Landscape Architecture and Urbanism, and is a frequent visiting design critic at USC, UCLA, Woodbury, CalPoly Pomona, and California College of the Arts, and has lectured on diverse topics such as 20th Century Modernist Landscape Architecture, Emergent Plant Diseases and Climate Appropriate design.

Katy Foley is a licensed Landscape Architect with 12 years of professional experience working in the Northeast and in Southern California including a variety of civic and residential projects. She has three years of teaching experience as adjunct faculty at the at The Rhode Island School of Design and has advised student design studios at the Boston Architectural College and the University of Southern California. Katy is a Rhode Island Certified Horticulturist and holds an MLA from R.I.S.D. and a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
